I think there should be a cafe that strictly serves Boba Tea and Crepes.
I would make sure to have one of each every day!


Now back to the purpose of my post...

I've been taking three Special Education classes for a little over half a semester now. They've been real eye-openers in the sense that I'm starting to really understand the "jobs" of a Special Education Teacher.
However, I didn't visualize this job as less of a "teacher", and more of a "behavior documentor" and "test administrator".
Don't get me wrong... I ADORE children with special needs, and I think they deserve to receive more out of their education than they do. I have the belief that they all deserve to be in the general classroom, integrated with all other children, in order to build social skills, relationships, all the while having help from students and Teacher Aids and/or Special Education teachers.
I truly hope I'll have the opportunities to make this happen.

So...long story short... I have made my final decision.. I'm an Elementary Education Major with an Emphasis in Special Education.
Eventually I will get my Master's, probably in Reading.
